CATALYST Consultant Recognized as Instrumental in Design and Presentation
The Arizona Veterinary Medical Association (AzVMA) reached out to CATALYST Consultant, Rebecca Rose, CVT, in the summer of 2015 to create an innovative, interactive, unique Certificate Program in Professionalism for veterinary team members belonging to the Veterinary Health Care Team of Arizona (VHCTAz). In July of 2016, the Veterinary Medical Association of Executives (VMAE, formerly ASVMAE) bestowed upon the AzVMA the “Best in the Business” Award for their Professional Veterinary Team Member Certificate!
Rebecca was acknowledged for being instrumental in the design, creation, and presentation of the hybrid program (offering in-person classes and online webinars). Attendees complete surveys, homework assignments, and quizzes. Certificates are awarded to the attendees completing all the requirements.
Certified Veterinary Practice Managers (CVPM) and managers interested in acquiring their CVPM can take the course for continuing education credits through the Veterinary Hospital Managers Association (VHMA).
Certificate Program Attendee Testimonials
Rebecca Rose is an energetic, engaging and knowledgeable speaker who uses her years of experience in veterinary hospitals to help the audience understand how their specific hospital problems are usually quite common and have practical solutions. Very beneficial content for any level of the veterinary team.
Presenter was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Her exercises were well thought out and fun. I have not finished the program yet, but the exercises and information given have been great so far. Very applicable to workplace and actually can be implemented without completely throwing everyone’s routines off.
