Hi Rebecca,
I was very impressed by your lectures at the AAEP and have already implemented a number of your suggestions into my practice. We are currently in the process of recruiting and hiring a practice manager and I was hoping you might be able to point me toward some good resources for interviewing candidates? I was also hoping you might know where to find a good example of a phased training program for a practice manager? We are at a point where a practice manager is very much needed, but as the practice owner, I have been doing most of the management for the last 6 years since purchasing the practice and anticipate that the transition to delegating these duties might be challenging. Any tips you have would be greatly appreciated…we really want to make this transition a success!
Thanks in advance for your time.
Kirby Penttila, DVM
