Rebecca was amazing to work with as she created an employee handbook for our practice. She was very professional and easy to work with. I have learned a lot from her and look forward to implementing this into our practice. I would highly recommend Catalyst Veterinary Professional Coaches to help you with your practice needs.

Five stars is not nearly enough! Here is a team who will take time between traveling to do a coaching call on a Saturday. There is nothing more valuable than someone who has been there and knows how to coach you to the next step in your ladder.

I have been to many of Rebecca Rose’s speaking engagements and have always taken so much from these events. After moving into the practice management position, I knew I needed someone who would listen to my needs list and work with me get the help I needed in order to encourage my team. Rebecca helped me realize where I needed to start to get the foundation needed to have a successful team. Her ability to connect on a professional level is extremely helpful. She is very knowledgeable, encouraging and resourceful. Rebecca and her team at Catalyst helped me stay organized and on task by providing resources and encouragement every step of the way. I look forward to working with her more.

Ms. Rebecca Rose –
Thank you for speaking at this year’s Pacific NW Veterinary Conference. It was a pleasure to have you with us!
Our attendance evaluations are complete – they are very positive and complimentary, rating your presentation as excellent. Attendees said you were easy to listen to, dynamic and very engaging. They also said you made hard to chew on topics, easy to digest. Our attendees also commented that they really enjoy how much you care.
I’m pleased you were able to be a part of a great conference, something that is, in part, due to you! It was a pleasure working with you and we truly appreciate the wonderful contribution you made to the success of our event. On behalf of the Program Committee, I express our appreciation.
Executive Vice President
Half Day training program on Leadership
This was a fun, interactive program. Great little take-a-way nuggets to implement right away in the workplace. This was directed to both new leaders and seasoned leaders and I believe both could get a lot out of the program.
February 2018 – VetMed Matters Open Forum
Rebecca spoke to our group about veterinary team retention and she held our group mesmerized for the entire time. Rebecca is engaging, funny, and energetic in her presentations. She’s an expert facilitator and knows how to draw out the attendees in order to have fruitful conversations. Rebecca even helped us develop a survey to better inform the information she was presenting. She’s also responsive and very easy to coordinate with on advanced planning for the meeting. In sum, Rebecca is a total pleasure to work with and a consummate professional.
Executive Vice President of Washington State Veterinary Medical Association
Rebecca’s day long workshop was educational, relevant and most of all lively and interactive. Rebecca’s experience in a variety of areas of veterinary medicine give her a clear advantage to connect with the audience on many levels. Her passion for coaching and mentoring others to reach their potential, whether individually or as a team, are so evident and her enthusiasm is contagious. You and your team will be fortunate to work with such a talented veterinary professional.

The Team Satisfaction Survey opened my eyes to exactly how my staff felt about our company. It pinpointed key areas of success that made us strong and pitfalls that would surely cause trouble if not dealt with quickly. This survey should be taken by every team member at least once a year.
