Reflect 2014 and Create 2015

November 27, 2014

Camping 2014 2 026For over twelve years my children and I have completed the following exercise; Reflect 2014 and Create 2015. (Ok, I generate the material and plead with them to participate). It has been a worthwhile, family activity, often times opening up a safe place for great conversations. We often shared our findings and found it a fun way to engage and support each other in past achievements and projects in the future. You are encourage to share with your team and family, too. Who knows, maybe you will begin a new family tradition?

I have a folder of previous Reflect/Create worksheets and I marvel at the power of setting intent for the upcoming year and how it all unfolds. May you find your 2014 achievements worthy and rewarding. May your intent for 2015 be motivating and bring you much happiness and success along the journey. Here’s to an inspirational year!

Reflections of 2014

Before we move into the New Year, physically and symbolically, it is a good idea to reflect on the past year, and then generate new promises and ideas for what lies ahead. Fill these out after recalling the past year’s events and experiences. Then create 2015 with full intent of love and self-acceptance.

What was your biggest triumph in 2014?

What was the best advice you gave yourself?

What brought you the most joy in 2014?

What was the biggest risk you took in 2014?

What was the greatest change you made in 2014?

Who was your greatest confidant in 2014?

Have you thanked them?

What did you not say to someone that you wish you had?

You still have time to tell that person……

What talent did you develop the most in 2014?

What was your favorite book/article you read in 2014?

What was the best memory of 2014?

Who were you most committed to in 2014?

How diligent were you creating fiscal freedom in 2014?

In regards to work, what was your greatest accomplishment in 2014?

What experience brought you the most personal growth?

What else?

Creating 2015

May your year be the most meaningful, healthy, happy and prosperous, EVER! May you be the change you wish to see in the world!

What would you like to be your biggest triumph in 2015?

What advice would you like to give yourself for 2015?

What is the major effort you plan to improve upon regarding your financial results in 2015?

What major indulgence are you willing to experience in 2015?

What would you most like to change about yourself in 2015?

What do you think will be your biggest risk in 2015?

What spiritual commitment are you willing to make for yourself in 2015?

What about your work, what are you most committed to changing and improving in 2015?

What is one, yet undeveloped talent you are willing to explore in 2015?

What brings you most joy and how are you going to do or have more of that in 2015?

Who or what, other than yourself, are you most committed to loving and serving in 2015

What one word would you like to have as your theme in 2015?

What else?

Live, Love, Laugh, often!
